  7. REGISTRATION:
  8.  
  9. The file "reg.txt" contains a registration form in text format.  
  10. It can be printed by LinePrint.  This readme file can also be 
  11. printed by LinePrint.  
  12.  
  13. Register now and recieve a FREE "Murphy's Law" program for 
  14. Windows!  MURPHW displays one of over 200 laws each time it is 
  15. run.  Put it into your Startup group and start your day off 
  16. right!

  19. INSTALLATION:
  20.  
  21. Copy the first four files listed in the File List below to the
  22. directory where you want LinePrint.  Go to the Program Manager
  23. and select the group where you want LinePrint's icon.  Then
  24. select File|New from the Program Manager's menu.  Select Program
  25. Item, then Ok.  Type "LinePrint" (without the quotes) for the 
  26. Description and the full path to LinePrint for the Command Line.

  29.             c:\windows\wlp.exe

  31. Then press the Ok button.  This procedure will install a Program 
  32. Manager icon for LinePrint.

  60. NOTES:

  62. LinePrint will also create a WLP.INI file in the Windows 
  63. directory when it is executed.  This file contains saved margin 
  64. nformation and other user-changeable data.  WLP.INI is created 
  65. automatically when LinePrint is first run.

  67. LinePrint does NOT operate in Window's real mode.  It is a 
  68. protected-mode-only program and requires a 286 or higher 
  69. processor running in standard or enhanced mode.  
  70.  
  71. LinePrint will accept a command-line parameter to set the 
  72. initial wildcard displayed in the file selection dialog.  
  73. This parameter may include a path as well.

  75. example:  c:\wlp\wlp.exe c:\*.bat
  76.  
  77. This command line will start lineprint from the c:\wlp directory
  78. and set the initial search directory to c:\*.bat.

  86. This program and the machine-readable documentation are 
  87. shareware.  They may be freely copied and distributed provided 
  88. all the files listed above are included and no alteration is 
  89. made to them.  You may use this program fee of charge for a 
  90. 21-day trial period.  After that time, you should either 
  91. discontinue use of the program or pay the registration fee.  The
  92. file "reg.txt" contains pricing and other registration 
  93. information.
